Star Wars Kylo Ren Halloween Cosplay Costume: How I’d Build the Look

Hey everyone, I’m putting together a Kylo Ren cosplay for Halloween and wanted to share where I’m starting.

I didn’t want to go overboard with the costume, so I’m focusing on the main pieces that actually make the character recognizable. For me, that’s the hood and shawl. The shape of them really gives the whole outfit that Kylo Ren look without needing a ton of extra layers.

I’m planning to keep the rest pretty simple—black pants, boots, gloves, and then add the mask and lightsaber later. I also like that the hood and shawl don’t look overly distressed, since I can leave them clean or add a little wear myself depending on the look I want.
